The rug was not as expected, with regard to quality I have had a number of kelaty new wave rugs and expected a similar quality. The colours were not as advertised on the website, I expected more brown and taupe shades. Also the pile was very flat and

Just very disappointed in the overall quality of this particular rug, all others I have been very satisfied with. Also I returned the rug and it was delivered again two days later, so was sent back again.
