Description
Hosseinabad is located in West Central region of Iran, very close to the famous Hamedan Province. This area is famous for fishing, and this is reflected in some of the motifs that are sometimes seen within the Hosseinabad rugs. These Persian rugs also use medallions as a central feature, and on occasions the medallions are repeated across the rug.
